Les débuts d'une aventure humaine et digitale...

Il y a plus de 10 ans, face aux dérives et aux défis du monde professionnel, Olivier ZINSLI prend une décision. Il réalise que le monde actuel perd souvent de vue l’essentiel : l’humain. C’est alors qu’une idée germe en lui, celle de créer une entreprise différente et visionnaire, fondée sur des valeurs fortes et durables. C’est ainsi que OneSolutions voit le jour. Accompagné de Saïd ROCAFI, les deux anciens camarades de classe se lancent dans la folle aventure d’une entreprise plutôt atypique : OneSolutions.

Basée au bord du lac Léman, cette nouvelle entreprise suisse à une ambition claire : accompagner les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale en leur apportant de la valeur.

L’histoire de OneSolutions, c’est celle d’une aventure guidée par l’engagement, où chaque défi est relevé avec le même objectif : apporter de la valeur, et faire de la transformation digitale un levier de réussite pour tous.

Depuis plus de 10 ans, nous plaçons la relation de confiance avec nos clients au cœur de notre démarche. En tant que partenaire expert en conseil d’entreprise et en implémentation de solutions digitales, nous accompagnons les entreprises dans leur transition digitale avec transparence, écoute et expertise.

La OneS Community, une team qui grandit

De cette vision centrée sur l’humain, est née une équipe passionnée, animée par une volonté commune d’accompagner les entreprises dans leur mutation digitale, tout en préservant ce lien humain essentiel.

Avec 30 membres a son actif, la OneS Community, c’est la communauté de OneSolutions, qui rassemble tous les OneS !

Le partage des mêmes valeurs et de la même vision rassemblent les OneS autour de la OneS Community.

Chaque été, chaque OneS peut venir au SummerCamp, un moment convivial, au milieu de la nature, pour se retrouver, se ressourcer et partager des moments de vie, ensemble. C’est ça, la OneS Community !

Parce que OneSolutions voit grand, l’entreprise s’étend au delà des frontières suisses !

France, Maroc… Et peut-être d’autres pays dans les prochaines années, OneSolutions s’internationalise.

Les OneS sont multilingues : anglais, français, allemand, portugais, arabe et italien.

La OneScracy : L'humain, au cœur d'une gouvernance innovante

Olivier ZINSLI souhaite repousser les limites du management traditionnel et veut structurer de façon formelle OneSolutions. L’ambition est de créer un cadre organisationnel novateur, fondé sur la responsabilisation de chaque OneS. Ce modèle repose sur l’idée que chaque OneS doit être à la fois acteur et décisionnaire de son propre parcours professionnel, en s’impliquant pleinement dans le développement de OneSolutions tout en cultivant un esprit entrepreneurial. Olivier ZINSLI matérialise cette vision en 2023 et introduit le concept de la OneScracy.

La OneScracy redéfinit le rôle des OneS en les transformant en entrepreneurs internes. L’objectif est que chaque personne ait une liberté d’initiative tout en partageant la responsabilité des résultats. La OneScracy favorise l’engagement, l’innovation et l’autonomie, dans un cadre structuré, qui vient soutenir la croissance individuelle et collective. C’est alors que chaque OneS peut devenir moteur de la transformation et du succès, pour lui-même ainsi que pour OneSolutions.

More than 10 years ago, faced with the challenges and deviations of the professional world, Olivier ZINSLI made a decision. He realized that today’s world often loses sight of what truly matters: people. This sparked an idea within him – to create a unique, visionary company, founded on strong and sustainable values. And thus, OneSolutions was born. Joined by Saïd ROCAFI, his former classmate, the two embarked on the ambitious journey of building a rather unconventional company: OneSolutions.

Based by Lake Geneva, this new Swiss company has a clear ambition: to support companies in their digital transformation journey, delivering real value.

The story of OneSolutions is one of a journey driven by commitment, where every challenge is met with the same goal: to bring value and make digital transformation a lever for success for all.

Olivier ZINSLI aims to push the boundaries of traditional management and seeks to formally structure OneSolutions.
The ambition is to create an innovative organizational framework, based on the empowerment of each OneS. This model is founded on the idea that every OneS should be both an active participant and a decision-maker in their own professional journey, fully engaging in the development of OneSolutions while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. Olivier ZINSLI brought this vision to life in 2023 by introducing the concept of OneScracy.

The OneScracy redefines the role of OneS by transforming them into internal entrepreneurs. The goal is for each person to have the freedom to take initiative while sharing responsibility for results. The OneScracy fosters engagement, innovation, and autonomy within a structured framework that supports both individual and collective growth. This approach enables each OneS to become a driver of transformation and success, for themselves as well as for OneSolutions.
