The beginnings of a human and digital adventure...
Over 10 years ago, faced with the challenges and shortcomings of the professional world, Olivier ZINSLI made a decision. He realized that today’s world often loses sight of what truly matters: people. That’s when an idea began to take shape, to create a different, forward-thinking company founded on strong, lasting values. And so, OneSolutions was born. Joined by Saïd ROCAFI, a former classmate, the two embarked on the bold adventure of building a rather unconventional company: OneSolutions.
Based on the shores of Lake Geneva, this new Swiss company had a clear ambition: to support businesses in their digital transformation while delivering real value.

Every summer, each OneS is invited to the SummerCamp, a warm, friendly gathering in the heart of nature, to reconnect, recharge, and share meaningful moments together. That’s the OneS Community!
International, beyond borders
Because OneSolutions thinks big, the company has expanded beyond Swiss borders, arriving in France, and perhaps in other countries in the years to come. OneSolutions is going global.
The OneS are multilingual: English, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, and Italian.
OneScracy: Humans at the heart of innovative governance
Olivier ZINSLI aims to push the boundaries of traditional management and formally structure OneSolutions. The ambition is to create an innovative organizational framework based on empowering every OneS. This model is built on the idea that each OneS should be both an active player and a decision-maker in their own professional journey, fully involved in the development of OneSolutions while cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. In 2023, Olivier ZINSLI brought this vision to life by introducing the concept of the OneScracy.
The OneScracy redefines the role of the OneS by transforming them into internal entrepreneurs. The goal is for each person to have the freedom to take initiative while sharing responsibility for results. The OneScracy fosters engagement, innovation, and autonomy within a structured framework that supports both individual and collective growth. In this way, each OneS can become a driving force for transformation and success, for themselves and for OneSolutions.
