We are currently looking for our next Business Sales Representative & Marketing, passionate about sales, content creation, and making a tangible business impact.
What you will do on a daily basis
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email, Google, etc.)
- Conduct targeted cold calling with a professional and precise approach (quality over quantity)
- Qualify inbound leads: discovery calls, needs analysis, and data collection
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams (Odoo, NetSuite, M-Files, Nextflow…) to plan workshops and follow up on leads
Marketing & Content
- Produce visual content: photos, videos, mini-interviews for social media
- Support the preparation of digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns)
- Contribute to the creation of direct marketing sequences
- Strengthen OneSolutions’ visibility in Western Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, and France
Coordination & Impact
- Work closely with the Lead Group, Lead Marketing & Lead Generation
- Actively contribute to the business development of strategic offers
- Support internal and external video projects (Vimeo / YouTube)

Your profile at a glance
- Native speaker of Swiss German
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills
- Education in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Confident with digital tools and modern prospecting environments
- Strong interest—or passion—for photo and video production
- Dynamic, organized, and results-driven personality
- Enjoy interacting with people, active listening, and engaging with decision-makers
